Japanese decree In this subsection "Japanese decree" has the same meaning as that assigned to it in the Japanese Judgments and Civil Proceedings Ordinance 1946, and "Public Trustee" includes Public Trustee incorporated under the Enactment or Ordinance repealed by this Act.
